So last time I updated I was HUGELY pregnant. Eep. I went in for my last check-up on February 12th, was told I was overdue by a week, which was a rather large surprise given that we were told I was due February 18th. Evidently they bumped up my due date during my second ultrasound and failed to mention it to me. So the next afternoon I went in and they started an induction which lasted all night, and on Valentine's Day they broke my water and gave me drugs that I did not want. After several extremely stressful hours (mostly due to the panicking and fussing of my mom) our son Finnegan Reid was born via emergency c-section. He's the most amazing little person EVER. He's had a great disposition and just been so well behaved since we brought him home. He's the happiest, funniest, craziest baby ever. Having him is without a doubt the single greatest accomplishment of my life. sigh.
